The gestures, looks, postures, give many indications of the way a person feels, and what he transmits when communicating.
  • Verbal language: It is about everything that is emitted through language. For example, the tone that is used, if it is spoken aloud, if it is done quickly or slowly, or if pauses are emitted. Verbal language can be worked a lot to be able to express what one manifests and the tone that one wants to achieve to get the message to the receiver correctly.
  • Resolving conflicts: This is something very necessary for personal and work life. How can conflicts be resolved effectively? The best thing is to have a calm attitude, assess the problem, listen to the parties involved and agree on a solution that is positive for all those involved in the conflict.
  • Persuasion: It is a communicative ability typical of sales professionals, or marketing, for example. The objective is to present a series of arguments that motivate a purchase, or the possibility of getting the user to do something in particular. It is a determining part when a negotiation process is taking place.
